The Kegel cock crunch.


Here,s a wonderful exercise to do to add to you’re Kegel practice.

It apparently come,s from Egypt, out of the past, and is used today as a method of giving strength to front part of the base of the penis. This is the part that lift’s you’re penis up when you do a kegel erect. You've seen it many time’s in vid’s, guy’s lifting there dick’s up and down with no hand’s. Only difference in this exercise is, that you do this with a flaccid penis. Here is the method. Do this exercise seated comfortably on a chair with leg’s spread.
. Slowly breath in and at the same time focus on just doing a Kegel at the base of the penis.
 Don’t go further than this point. The aim is to let this muscle do the work here. Do it gently, so as to feel the difference between a full Kegel, and a crunch. Now hold this crunch for a count of five and with time, build it up. . Once you have done one crunch, relax and do it again. Later you can try this when edging. Before you reach the edge stop it with this crunch technique.This is a good method to hold that back, as it is the first set of muscle’s that come into action when trying to stop an ejaculation. So strengthening this muscle, will give you a better control on stopping ejaculating.
